Our wines contain alcohol and may only be ordered by customers of 18 years or over. By placing an order for an alcoholic product, you are confirming that you are 18 years or over. The Derbyshire Winery and our courier service obtain the right to ask for age-identification upon delivery. Acceptable proofs of age-identification are:
a) Passport
b) Driving license
c) PASS cards

If The Derbyshire Winery or the courier service doubt the age of the person receiving the goods, we reserve the right to withhold the delivery

Our wine prices are all in pounds sterling, and are exclusive of delivery charges. We can ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However should an error occur then we will contact you accordingly.

On-line purchases can be made by using PayPal, or cash on collection direct from the winery – please refer to our Payments/Delivery and Collection conditions.

Cancellation / Refund
You can also cancel your order should you change your mind, only before it is despatched by telephoning 01629 815263. You may cancel our order within 5 working days of delivery under the Distance Selling Directive. You must also confirm your order cancellation in writing to us at :

Please return the item(s) within 10 working days of receipt in the original packaging in order for us to provide a full refund. Unfortunately once the cap and cork have been removed the wines is now perishable and a refund will not be made, unless there is an actual fault with the wine. Please note proof of postage cannot be taken as proof of receipt.

We reserve the right to amend or remove any section of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. We advise you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you place an order.
